Working Trials

Our next Championship working trials will be held at Dunholme week ending 11th November 2017. Stakes CD, UD, WD and TD. If you would like to download the entry form below, right click and print picture. Enquiries to the Trials Secretary, June Hines, on 07789773996.

Working Trials is the civilian equivalent of Police Dog Work. The Stakes you can enter are, Tracking Dog (TD), Patrol Dog (PD), Working Dog (WD), Utility Dog (UD), Companion Dog (CD) and Veteran. All Stakes include Nosework, Control and Agility. Tracking is also required except for CD.

The tracks are at least half a mile long and vary in times according to which Stake you are in.

The PD Stake also requires a Patrol round. Please see the Working Trials section in the Kennel Club Rule Book for more detailed descriptions. Lincoln GSD & ABTS run two trials every year. Championship in March and Open in November. Schedules and entry forms for Lincoln and all other societies can be downloaded from the Working Trials website on the link below.

Training is available to class 3 and above members on Wednesdays (please see Chris Bell for times) and Saturdays 1.00pm - 2.30pm.
